Tinley Park, Illinois Home Remodeling

This home in Tinley Park was in great condition.  Well maintained, new roof and the trim and doors were in perfect shape.  The toughest part will be removing the outdated wallpaper throughout the house.  After that the project will be mostly updating and a small redesign of the kitchen floor plan.  After removing the carpet, we found hardwood floors in most of the living areas.  The kitchen will be opened up to the family room with new cabinets, granite counter tops, new flooring and all new stainless-steel appliances.  Both bathrooms will get new flooring, new vanity, top, toilet and shower.
