Riverside, Illinois Home Remodeling

This Riverside home will begin demolition in mid-June or as soon as permits are secured. One section of the driveway needs to be removed and replaced and the old siding will be replaced with new Hardie board siding. Inside the kitchen will be completely gutted and opened up to the family room for an open concept. New cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and wood flooring will be installed. All the electrical and plumbing will be brought up to code as well. Both bathrooms will be completely demo’d and updated with the second half bath converted into a full bath. The rest of the home will be completely painted and updated with new flooring, doors and trim. Estimated completion date September 1st.
