This home was built in 1926 and needed a complete rehab. The HVAC, hot water heater and electric panel are fairly new but the electrical system needed to be brought up to meet code. The kitchen is completely redesigned with new cabinets, stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The bathrooms needed the plumbing to be upgraded from PVC to copper piping and received new cabinets, sinks, toilets and showers. The entire home also received new flooring and paint.
