This home was purchased as a foreclosure from a large commercial bank. A pipe in the upstairs bathroom caused water damage on both levels as well as the basement. All of the copper plumbing was also stolen from the home while vacant. After repairing the water damage and fixing the broken pipes we completed the mold remediation and had it certified. Next we rerouted the HVAC ducts to remove the wall between the family room and living room to have more of an open concept design. Last we installed plank flooring in the lower level, carpet upstairs and new cabinets in the kitchen and all three bathrooms. Stainless steel appliances were also added in the home. The outside of the home required slight paver patio repairs and a landscape clean up.
