The family room will have a tiled accent wall with a fireplace installed and the basement will have a quartz bar with a waterfall edge installed. The bathtub in the master bath will be removed and a large shower will be added. All bathrooms will have new tile flooring, new vanity and new tops. Estimated time of completion 9-1-23
