Joliet, Illinois Home Remodeling

This distressed home in Joliet was purchased in April.   The home was vacant for a significant amount of time and will need all new rough plumbing and major upgrades on the electrical system.  When complete it will have a completely new kitchen including cabinets, granite tops and stainless appliances.  The bathroom will be completely new as well.  New planked flooring will be installed in the family room, kitchen and bathroom.  We will also be painting the interior, installing all new doors, trim and carpet in the bedrooms.
