This house relatively new, built in 2003. All of the damage is due from neglected maintenance and misuse. The home will be completely update with a new kitchen cabinets, quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms will get new vanities, sinks and toilets. After replacing the doors with holes and completing all of the drywall repairs, the home will be completely repainted. New vinyl floor and carpet will complete this rehab. Completion will be early July.
