Joliet, Illinois Home Remodeling

Our rehab will include adding new light fixtures that will be switched at each door, updating the plumbing as well as removing and replacing the bathroom tub, sink and toilet.  The kitchen will have the cabinets painted, new granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances as well as new flooring.  The interior of the rest of the home will also receive new flooring, wall and ceiling repairs and fresh paint.  The exterior of the home will include replacing concrete walkways, tree removal and upgraded landscaping.
