This house has water damage from pipes that burst in the winter time as well as a completely outdated interior. New plumbing will be installed throughout the home. Both bathrooms will get new showers, tubs, toilets, vanities, sinks and flooring. The kitchen will be gutted down to the studs and be completely rebuilt. All plumbing lines and fixtures will be replaced then new flooring, cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops. The rest of the home will get new exterior doors and a new sliding patio door to the back yard. The entire interior will have new carpet and wood floors with a fresh paint job. Completion will be mid-July.
