Homewood, Illinois Home Remodeling

This home was purchased from an estate sale. All mechanicals were in good working condition and had been updatedwith in the last 5 years. The kitchen and both baths were gutted down to the studs to update the plumbing and electric. Ceramic tile, cabinets, sinks and appliances were installed for a modern look. As a bonus, we found hardwood flooring under the carpet in all the bedrooms, hallway, living room and dining area. The carpet was removed, the floors refinished and stained to complete the renovation.
