This home was purchased as a foreclosure from HUD.  Village permits show it had a full renovation a few years ago and all plumbing and electric was brought up to code with conduit and copper.  The upstairs only needed new appliances, a fresh paint job and basic plumbing fixture repairs. However, due to standing water in the basement, a full basement remodel / mold remediation was needed.
