Crete, Illinois Home Remodeling

The rehab in Crete will begin in mid-June.  After permits are obtained this home will need extensive work inside as well as outside. All of the concrete around the home and pool has settled causing drainage problems and the front roof overhang to dropped and pull away from the home.  The overhang will be raised and new concrete will be poured in the front and rear.  The pool deck will have mud jacking done to level the concrete.  Inside a broken pipe caused water damage in the kitchen and basement.  After repairing the damaged plumbing the entire kitchen will be replaced with new cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and wood flooring.  The bathrooms will be updated with tile surrounds and flooring.  The rest of the home will be completely painted and updated with new flooring and trim. Estimated completion date September 1st.
