This 15th floor condo has been a rental unit for over a decade. The construction will start with removing two walls in the kitchen to open up the unit. The kitchen will get all new cabinets, granite tops and appliances. A stackable washer and dryer will be added with auto shut offs on the water lines the close if moisture is detected on the floor. The bathroom will get new marble flooring, new vanity and the tub will be removed and a shower installed. A tiled accent wall with a fireplace will be added in the family room and the entire unit will have new base trim, two panel doors, new flooring and completely repainted. Last, the popcorn ceiling will be removed in the all the rooms.
